Cannot Fill Item in Web Browser [resolved by uninstalling Sophos; can also be configured]

Currently using 1P v 4.4.1 which I purchased from the Agile web store. I keep getting the proverbial Cannot Fill Item in Web Browser for both Chrome and Firefox.

I recently installed Sphos and then uninstalled it, and this is when the trouble seems to have started. However when I click on the View Troubleshooting Guide, none of the solutions seems relevant.

Love to get this fixed, 1P is great!

    Thanks Jasper. I actually found the problem. I thought I'd uninstalled Sophos, but I actually didn't - so that was the fix. Many thanks.
