MetroPCS login not saving

When I login it's not saving my login.

This happens to me in Chrome and Safari and with or without a manually created MetroPCS login.

OS X 10.9.3, Safari 7.0.4, Chrome 35 and 1Password 4.4.1 Agile Web Store.

Hi @ryansebiz,

Have you manually created a new Login item for the MetroPCS site and can successfully use it to log in there? That would be why 1Password isn't prompting to save another Login item.

Please try opening the http://www.metropcs.com/metro/ page, then filling with your Login item for MetroPCS (creating one manually first, if necessary), and let us know if that works for you. Also, which versions of the 1Password extension are you using with Safari and Chrome? Thanks!

Here's what I tried in response to your post:

• Opened 1Password 4.4.1

• Selected my manual MetroPCS login and Moved to Trash

• Opened Safari 7.0.4 with the 1Password extension 4.2.1

• Went to http://www.metropcs.com/metro/
• Logged in
• No save login prompt appeared

• Logged out

• Opened Chrome 35.0.1916.153 with the 1Password extension 4.2.1.90

• Went to http://www.metropcs.com/metro/
• Logged in
• No save login prompt appeared
• Logged out

Manually created another MetroPCS login and can login using both Safari and Chrome.

However, 1Password is not automatically saving this login for me, and I wanted to report this bug.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I'm glad to hear that manually saving a new Login got things working for you. I'll mention to our developers that 1Password doesn't recognize logins on this page. :)
