Password will not unlock 1Password4 after install and reset

I am not able to unlock 1Password 4 after installing it and changing the password.

    Do you mean you have installed 1P4 for the first time, created a master password and now the password apparently doesn't work? If so:

    1. Make sure you don't have caps lock on when you type the password.
    2. Does your password use special, non-ASCII, characters?
    3. If you have no data already saved in 1P4 you can start over by following this knowledge base article. (Some parts may not be relevant to you if you can't open 1P4. Just follow the other parts.)

    For safety, don't use a master password that uses non-ASCII characters.
