I'm running 10.8.4 and after the 4.4.1 update, this is the error I get when trying to start 1Password:

"Check with the developer to make sure 1Password 4 works with this version of OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and OS X.

Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple."

I tried reinstalling with no luck. Screen shot attached.

According to the system requirements popup at the top of this page 1P4 should work with OS X 10.8.4, although I did think the minimum requirement was now OS X 10.8.5. I may be wrong.

    Stephen,

It doesn't work. Upgrading OSX to make the app work isn't a simple option since I'm on a Hackintosh.

How can I download 4.4.0 again?

    Hi @TonyD90,

So we can look into this, could you please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with your forum username and a link to this discussion, to: support+forum@agilebits.com

Also, if you're interested in trying 4.4.0 again, you can download it here: https://d13itkw33a7sus.cloudfront.net/dist/1P/mac4/1Password-4.4.zip

    Will do.

FYI I upgraded to 10.9.3 and I still have the same issue.

    Hi @TonyD90,

Are you having the issue with 1Password 4.4 on 10.9.3, too, or only 4.4.1?

I haven't spotted your email with the Diagnostics Report. If you've already send that, can you drop me a private message with the email address you sent it from? If not sent yet, please leave a quick note here after you do and we'll keep an eye open for it. Thanks!

    Hi @TonyD90,

We received your email, although it didn't include a Diagnostics Report. Hopefully that won't be necessary and reinstalling a fresh copy of the application (suggested in the email reply) will resolve this for you. :)
