1Password doesn't save the password

I am facing a problem in my 1Password 4.4.1: in this page https://appsol.viafacil.com.br/sol/jsp/sol/frames/frameInicial.jsp the app doesn't create a entry in 1Password.
What can I do to fix the problem?
