Safari extension 4.2.1 fails to install [Resolved via Email]

Today, the Safari plugin extension 4.2.1 automatically installed. That is, it tried to install and then failed.


Translation: Safari can't install this extension. An error occurred while installing the extension '1Password'.

I downloaded it manually, double-clicked to install, but it keeps failing. What can I do to fix it?
