Secure Notes and Wallets not Showing on Windows PC

They appear on my ipad but net on the pc, can I get them to appear?

    Do the notes in question show in 1PasswordAnywhere? You can read about 1PasswordAnywhere here:

    Hello, thanks for your help,

    I get an error message like - error loading file.

    Then I get this after I have typed the password;-

    Problem loading 1Password data file

    A key data file could not be loaded and 1PasswordAnywhere cannot continue without it.

    Please see this help guide for troubleshooting tips. (not helpful)
