    I have the same issue. No longer able to fill in forms on Safari or FF on the Mac using 1Password 4.0

    Hi Steve,

    First of all, the current version of 1Password is 4.4.1. If you are still using version 4.0, please update to the latest version.

    For the filling issue, please take a look at this support article and see if any of the suggestions fix the issue:

    If that doesn't help, please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with your forum username and a link to this discussion, to support+forum@agilebits.com and we can investigate further.

    I've split your comment into a new discussion since the existing topic was about 1Password 3, not version 4.
