Reverted to really old version

I have no idea where the program is backing up the keychain but all a sudden after loading Maverick on 10.9.3 my 1Password has reverted to a 3-year old keychain with very old data. Please help?

    I'm sorry that 1Password decided to use data from a 3-year-old keychain after upgrading to Mavericks. To help you get that sorted out, please send us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic and your forum username, to support+forum@agilebits.com.
