Firefox extension not linking to app

I can't get the browser extension to link to 1Password. It triggers 1Password Mini to show a prompt to allow the Firefox extension, but the extension itself doesn't register this.

I've filed a support request, but I thought I'd post here in case anyone else is seeing the same issue.

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0
