Can't login 1 Password 4 on new Macbook pro after migrating applications manual time capsule tranfer

I have re-downloaded 1 password and have the licence downloaded on the ne macbook but when I try to open I get message: I Password 4 cannot connect to I Password mini. Please quit I Password and start it again.
