upgrade problem - missing usernames and passwords

I upgraded 1Password to v4, basically because I needed to add the Safari extension, so I wanted to make sure everything was up to date.

After upgrading, 1Password app and the newly installed Safari extension show many missing/blank usernames and passwords (most, but not all). The website entries still exist. Firefox extension still shows the usernames and passwords, so I know that they are in there somewhere.

I have tried rebuilding the data file and restoring from backup to no avail. I can't get the app or the Safari extension to show, or insert, my data.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. We'll need to take a closer look at your system here to determine where things are getting tangled up. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
