Auto-fill gives an error message on every web browser [resolved by reconfiguring Sophos]

In both Firefox and Safari every action I try with 1password mini gets me the message: "Web Browser is connected but its code signature could not be verified. Filling and other features are disabled until this configuration issues is resolved." I uninstalled and reinstalled the browser extensions without any improvement. I read the "Troubleshooting Guide" and that was not helpful.

How do I or you fix this?

  • Hi @hawkcreek2,

Sorry to hear about the trouble! First of all, please take a look at this support article and see if any of the suggestions fix the issue:

If that doesn't help, please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with your forum username and a link to this discussion, to support+forum@agilebits.com and we can investigate further.

    Hi @hawkcreek2,

If you happen to have Sophos Antivirus software running, please check @JasperP's post here for details about configuring Sophos:

And if you're still stuck, sending us the Diagnostics Report will be helpful. Thanks!
