1Password and McAee Internet Security 3.1.0.1 - Browser Extension Issues [moved to email]

Hi,

I just installed McAfee Internet Security on my Mac, I am having an issue with the Browser Extension....

If I allow my Mac to sleep, when I wake it the extension will not find and auto enter login details unless I exit and restart Safari, not the worst thing in the world but irritating, anyone have any suggestions?

I don't know whether it's in fact related to McAfee but I assume you didn't previously have the problem. There was a similar thread here a few days ago which probably didn't involve McAfee. Does the suggestion in post #2 in that thread help at all?

Hi Matt,

I'm sorry that McAfee Internet Security seems to be interfering with 1Password filling like this. It shouldn't be necessary to restart Safari each time your Mac awakes from sleep in order to get filling working again. If reinstalling the extension doesn't help, suggested in the topic @Stephen_C's linked to, can you mention which versions of:

1. The Password application (from the Agile Web Store or Mac App Store?)
2. The 1Password extension for Safari
3. OS X

… you're current using? Or simply send us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic and your forum username, to support+forum@agilebits.com. A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful.
