I get shared links of new memberships and it loads to my iphone 1password app but not desktop

I get shared links of new memberships to my iphone and it loads to my iphone 1password app but these items do not load up on my 1password mini even if I log out and log back in. Please help. :)

    I think the people at 1P will need to know the following before they can help:
    1. What sync method are you using? iCloud or Dropbox?
    2. What platform is your desktop? PC or Mac?
    3. What version of 1P are you using? 3 or 4?

    Can you describe more about what those links are? Is someone sending them to you in email? And how are you adding them to 1Password on your iPhone?
