Creating Tags in iOS version of 1P4

I can see and use tags created on Mac when using iPad. However, I cannot find a way to create or add a tag to login entry on iPad.
Am I just not finding it or is that option not available?

    Well, the good news is that you're not missing anything. Unfortunately, tags cannot be created using the iOS app at this time. We've heard this feature request before though, so I'm happy to add a vote for you to the issue in our internal tracker.
