Where is the "Sync" section in the side bar?

in Mac

Start 1Password on your computer and find the “Sync” section in the sidebar.
I only have an

All Items
Favorites
Categories
Folders
Security Audit
and at the bottom
trash

There is no Sync section so I can go to step 3..
I can't follow the instructions here

I can't sync my iPad with my Mac :(

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble here. Please take a look at our new support articles, written just for 1Password 4:

    Sync Guide for 1Password 4

    This should help you get all synced up, but if you're still having difficulties, please let me know where things are getting tangled up, and I'd be more than happy to straighten things out. :)
