1Password Desktop App not populating from Chrome Extension [moved to email]

Hi,

My 1password desktop app hasn't been populating from the chrome extension, i think since one of the updates. I'm on 10.9.3 and running Chrome 35.0.1916.153. I did a quick search of the forum and saw that you suggested that someone with a similar issue on windows try restarting the helper, disabling antivirus and firewall software, as well as all other chrome extensions. I've tried all of these steps, unfortunately to no avail. To expedite the process, I'm also sending a diagnostic report via email.
