Corrupted Attachments [moved to email]

I have discovered that the majority of attachments I have stored in 1Password are corrupt and the data no longer exists. I am at a bit of a loss in terms of what to do. I have already sent in a diagnostic report.

Unfortunately it seems I am not alone with this issue :(
