New user helping old user migrate from 3 to 4...

I am a new user of 1Password so I start with version 4. However I have a friend that has version 3.x and wishes to migrate to version 4.
Here is what I "think" I should do.

1-Do a backup of the 3.x vault
2-Open version 4
3-Import v3 backup into 4.

Is the vault in the same location as v4? (Library/Application support)

Is the a FAQ/KBarticle? Not sure how to search for this since I'm new to this forum

    If your friend starts with this knowledge base article on installing 1P4 for Mac then proceeds to the next page on setup your friend will probably have all the help needed. Do post back if there are any problems.

    1P4 should find the 1P3 data automatically.

    Great. I hope to see him next week and will report back. I am going to make the migration from eWallet this weekend. The later is not a bad product but I like what you've done with 1P4 and the related reviews also point to this being a superior product.
