New categories

It would helpful to have additional wallet categories such as "debit cards" (which are different from credit cards) and "memberships" (like AAA).

    We already have Memberships as a category. I even have my AAA membership recorded there. :)

    Lots of folks have requested an option to define new categories by the user, and AgileBits has indicated that they are considering that.

    Sorry, there was an error between the chair and keyboard. It should have said, it would be great to be able to convert one type to another... (Fingers crossed)
