1P refuses to start for "Standard" user

I've had 1P 4.4.1 running on my machines for a while now. I created a new account (Standard, not Admin) for my son and want him to start using 1P as well.

When I first try to launch 1P from his account, I get an error dialog stating that 1Password mini could not be accessed.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue ?
