When on a phone call or have a personal hotspot enabled the double hight status bar obscures the 1Password modal dialog and partially hiding the Cancel button. This was tested on Beta 8.

Interesting, thanks for reporting it. Does it only happen in the modal views? Did 1Password resize properly on the main view?
Not tested the main App only the extension.
