iOS / ipad vs iphone

I have 1password 4 installed on my iPhone 5. It appears in iTunes but does not show up when syncing my iPad. I understood that one purchase is for both devices.
I do have the previous version (3.7.2) on my iPad (no idea how to access the license info) but would like to have all devices (Mac Pro / iPhone 5 / iPad mini) displaying and using the most recent.

Please HELP !!
