Creating two Vaults, importing them and sync'ing them

My wife and I would like two have on each of our computers two vaults, one with her data and one with my data.
How do we proceed? Currently, we both have 1Password running on our computers and on our telephones (NO cloud -- Wi-Fi syncing only).
In particular,

  • how do I move my current date in a vault (named e.g. "his")
  • how do I import my wife's data in a second vault (named e.g. "her")
  • how do I sync the two vaults on my iPhone?
  • how do I subsequently re-sync the data?

    So the first thing to be aware of is if you want to sync more than a single primary vault to multiple devices then it'll have to be through Dropbox at the moment. You can't sync secondary vaults via WiFi and while OS X will allow a file sync (from my limited understanding) that won't help with the iOS devices. With that caveat in mind check out this recent thread, it sounds like what you're trying to do.
