Not logging in to any website and sync question

Hi all,

on my iPad I have a number of logins stored in 1Password IOS. When I tap on a login it allows me to edit the settings. But how can I get 1Password to log me in to that website?

1Password syncs between IOS device and Macbook but the login user name doesn't appear to be synced. Why is that?
