1Password 4 will not populate username field
On this site 1Password 4 Version 4.4.1 (441008) from the Agile Web Store will not populate the username field. https://secure.gtservicing.com/CustomerService/auth/getCustomer.do. Any tips on what I can do to make it work?

As I don't have an account on that site I can't test it (all I get when I go to it is a prompt to enter my email address, but nothing more by way of a login). However, you might try re-creating and saving the login manually to see if that helps.
The linked page contains the following:
Saving a new Login like this can be useful for Logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. It allows 1Password to refresh everything it “knows” about the page. Login pages can change as websites are updated, and this can be a very helpful tip in those cases.
That's why I thought it could help in this case.
