how to download?

I purchased the app through my iphone using the app store. It seemed like it was halfway downloaded then stopped. When I went back to the app store to check on my purchase, it is prompting me to buy again.

    Try looking in the Purchased section of your account. It should show up there.

    You'll find the Purchased list by tapping that label at the top of the Updates tab on the iPhone. It's on its own tab on the iPad.
