It opens the website but does not fill user name and password

    Have a look at this knowledge base article 1Password fails to fill data. If nothing there helps please tell us:

    1. What version numbers of 1P4 and OS X you are using.
    2. What browser you are using and the 1P4 extension version number in that browser.
    3. If it's not confidential, the URL of the login with which you're having problems.
