"Merge these vaults anyway" link not working/not clickable
Syncing with Dropbox. On my iPhone, I discovered that it had stopped syncing with my main 1Password file from my computer. I found other topics where the answer was to click "Merge these vaults anyway" on the iPhone. However although I have those words on the screen, they're not clickable. I tap on it and nothing happens. Tried logging out and back in, etc.... same thing.
Appreciate any help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. I haven't heard of this happening before, so we'll need to take a closer look at your system here to determine where things are getting tangled up.
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

Just to update this post, this issue wasn't able to be resolved by support, so I deleted 1Password from my iPhone and reinstalled it and set up syncing with Dropbox again and at least initially it was able to connect and sync correctly. We'll see how it goes from here. Support said they hadn't seen before the issue I reported about the app function "merge these vaults anyway" not being active/clickable.

What you heard from support is correct - I haven't heard of this issue happening before either.
