Changing master password and re-encyption of 1P data

One thing to keep in mind is that providing forward secrecy on a Master Password change will (almost certainly) require a change in our data format. And that means that we will need to make sure that 1Password on all platforms will be able to read that format.

As some of you might be aware, our transition from Agile Keychain to OPVault has not been the speediest thing ever, and we would really like to get that settled before looking at rolling out an even newer format.
