I Can't logon to Web sites

I tap on the web site address, but it some times doesn't take me to the web site. On other addresses it does take me to the web site, but does not log me in. I tap on the Key image at the bottom of the screen but I don't get a list of website, like the example shows on the tutorial. What am I doing wrong?

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. I'll need a bit more information to get this sorted out:

    • Is this happening with all websites, or are there a few that are causing you trouble?
    • If it is a few specific sites, could you please send along the URLs so we can do some testing on our end?
    • Do you have 1Password installed on any other computers or devices?
    • Were these entries created using the iOS app or saved via the browser extension on the desktop app?
