Master Password problems
I have been using 1P/W for Mac for about 1 week. Yesterday all worked fine. Today will not recognize master password on Mac or iPhone. I am VERY certain that I am using correct password. I did change p/w several days ago and new one has worked fine until today. I restored from a point prior to p/w change and using tho old p/w was able to get 1P/W to open, missing a few additions I made since p/w change. This sounds quite similar to a previous discussion in June. I also tried to download troubleshooting utility from Agile by double clicking a highlighted word and was told address no longer any good. Things are not feeling too agile. Any ideas?. Makes me want to avoid 1Password and fearful if someone else has access. Thank ou

I'm sorry to hear of the Master Password issues! Typically the most common problem is that the Master Password was entered incorrectly somehow. That said, I am glad that a restore to before the change was able to help. As for the diagnostic, we recently started migrating to a new documentation system.
