Two google accounts for two separate people.
the second person is a shut-in at a group home, who needs me to manage her email for her, and to post things on her Netflix account. How can I do this on 1Password, such that there are two different logons and two different passwords, for Google Mail?

To save two different Login items for 1Password to use with the two Gmail accounts you can follow the steps in this guide twice:
In step 1, open the https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?sacu=1&service=mail page in your web browser. Enter the username and password for the first account, but don't sign in. Follow the rest of the steps to save the first Login item.
Then repeat those steps, but enter the username and password for the second account instead.
After creating those items be sure to test them both to make sure they work correctly. Log out of the first account before checking the second one.
