1PasswordAnywhere - key data file problem
Hi,
When opening the vault in a browser (Firefox for example) by clicking the 1Password.html file (in my case located on Dropbox), I get the following error: "A problem occurred when loading the "file:///Users/luc/Dropbox/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/encryptionKeys.js" file"
The suggested solution is to make sure all data is sync-ed, the access permissions are ok and the web server is available. All 3 conditions seem to be in order. But I still get that error.
Anyone know how to fix it?
Thanks

Hi @luccallens,
Please try accessing 1PasswordAnywhere via Dropbox.com instead of your local file system.
Or, if you need to access it locally, please see:
1PasswordAnywhere: Local File Restrictions
Please let us know if you have any other questions. We're always happy to help!

Hi Jasper,
Yup, online via dropbox.com works just fine. Thanks.
About the link you posted: that's not working. Permission denied. Please see screenshot. Thanks !!!!

The link Jasper gave works for me. Are you still having a problem with it? The forum does sometimes suffer from small glitches like that.

Hi Stephen,
You mean a problem with the link or a problem with opening the 1password.html file from my local machine? Link is still not working if that's what you want to know.

I mean the link to the article to which Jasper referred (which still works for me, so I'm not sure why it doesn't for you). I'm using Firefox 32 in case it makes any difference.

Hi @luccallens,
Sorry about the broken link! I've fixed it above.
(Since @Stephen_C is a moderator, he wasn't seeing the same permission issue as you.)
