Can I (a mac user) share vaults with a user on Windows?

Hi there,
I use the Mac 1password, and I want to create a vault of specific passwords to share with a virtual assistant that I just hired. However, he uses a windows PC, and I would have to get him the Windows version of 1password. Is this possible, that I can securely share a vault with him even though I'm Mac and he's PC? Thanks!

    Hi there, @tracyleigh54!

    After creating the new vault in 1Password on your Mac you'll want to configure it to use Dropbox syncing, then share that newly configured keychain vault with Dropbox. When your virtual assistant wants to access that shared keychain vault they'll simply select File > Open Vault in 1Password for Windows, then navigate to and select the shared keychain vault inside Dropbox.
