I have bought the iOS 1password and I´d like to use on my windows laptop as well through Chrome´s extension.
Is it possible?

Licenses for 1Password are sold on a per user, per platform basis. You can use it on Windows if you also purchase the Windows version. It is available on the AgileBits web store. Then you will also be able to automatically synchronize your data between the iOS and Windows installations via Dropbox.
