Apple Watch for payments
The Apple Watch has just been announced and is said to use NFC for payment (Apple Pay) and iPhone 6/6+. Would Agilebits like to comment on this please? I don't see myself getting a new iPhone nor an Apple Watch for the forseeable future.
Apple Watch can be paired with iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, or iPhone 6 Plus. In-store purchases only.

AgileBits has commented already: see this post. It really is very early days for the Apple Watch. Although it's been announced it's not available until next year. With more pressing concerns of Yosemite and iOS 8 updates I suspect it will be a little while yet before AgileBits is in a position to say anything more.

As Stephen_C pointed out, we know very little about the Apple Watch at this time. We are terribly busy with making sure everything is good to go for iOS 8 this week and OS X Yosemite presumably next month. Apple will surely give developers much more information closer to launch for Apple Watch sometime in 2015.
