Cannot update data

Iphone 5, iOS 8, 1password 5, icloud sync.

Tried updating a secure note and whenever I tried to save the update, the note would revert back to the original version. How can I update data?

    Clarification: I sync using icloud, NOT iCloud Drive.

    Update: using my iPad air, created a false record under 'identities' and added it with no problem. Then tried to edit the record and could not. It appears that this is a bug.

    The secure note problem is a known issue. Please see this post for a workaround.
