1Password 5 will not sync with 3

The pop up window is not showing up in my 1Password 3 allowing it to sync with 5. 1Password 3 is not working now as it crashes when it tries to connect to any website. I used it extensively yesterday before ios 8 install. Please help as I really use this!

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. In order to get this sorted out, I'll need to know a little bit more about your 1Password ecosystem:
- What are the version numbers of 1Password and your operating system for all computers and devices running 1Password?
- What are you using to keep things in sync?
