OK, if the current release does not work with OSX 10.10, will the beta release when final, work with OSX 10.9? If not, How will we update to 10.10 and the new release of 1Password at the exact same time? Things like Apple ID are inside of 1Password.

The current stable version of 1Password for Mac does run on Yosemite. It just hasn't been designed for Yosemite. You'll be able to update to the new version.
If you have any trouble, though, you can update 1Password without running it. Just download the new version from our website: https://agilebits.com/downloads
