List View Items Stay Highlighted After Going Back

Items in list views such as items listed under the "Categories" tab remain highlighted after going back to the list. This only seems to happen when using the swipe gesture. To reproduce, tap an item, swipe from left to right to go back to the previous screen, and you'll see the item still highlighted. This has been tested on an iPhone 6 on iOS 8.0.1.
