iPhone 6+ Sync not working

I've exported my password file to Dropbox from my PC but when I try to restore from my iPhone I get a message that says "your backup file on dropbox not found". I do see the keychain_zip file in dropbox.

Have you set up syncing of your vault on your PC to Dropbox? the way you describe it it doesn't sound like you have, more you've just dragged and dropped a file?

You say PC so I'm linking you to the guide for the PC version for setting up Dropbox. Then you can set up your iPhone with this guide. What I linked you to was one where your iPhone is starting from a clean slate, if that's not the case post back here. Hopefully though the steps are fairly simple to follow and you should be up and running with Dropbox syncing in no time.

Hi @Ragnar,

The keychain_zip file is the backup format used by 1Password for Windows, and isn't compatible with 1Password for iOS. Please try setting up Dropbox sync using these instructions (same ones posted by @littlebobbytables‌ above):
