SOS upgraded from iphone 5s to 6plus, cant access my account

i am an existing user and i was using this app on my iphone 5s, now that i have upgraded it to iphone 6plus i cannot sign in my account, can you please help me asap as i have all of my passwords stuck in that app.

Hi Tai,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble. It sounds like there is a fundamental misunderstanding here. There isn't really a such thing as a 1Password "account." If you'd like to get your data from your iPhone 5s to your iPhone 6 Plus, you'd need to sync those two devices. You can find your sync options here:

Thanks so much for sharing that screenshot! That gives us a better place to start. Please have a read through of this announcement: Attention all iCloud users! (Important changes in 1Password 5, OS X 10.10 and iOS 8). If you are using 1Password on your Mac, you'll need to consider syncing with Dropbox or Wi-Fi until Yosemite is released with some important updates to iCloud.
