Hi!
WIFI-Sync between 1Password 4.4.2 (Mac) doesn't work anymore after update to iOS- 1Password 5.1.
The Mac is not seen in 1Password-App of iOS (8.0.2).

Is the problem known and in work?

Greetings!

Also having the same problem here: Syncing over Wifi can't find the desktop version even though they're sharing the same Wifi:

    MacBook Pro OSX 10.9.5 1Password v4.4.2 (442010)

    iPhone 5 iOS 8.0.2 1Password v5.1

It might be worth trying a reboot of both your iOS devices and your mac. I've just tried performing a WiFi sync myself and it worked okay for me. I'm not saying you're not having troubles - merely it isn't WiFi sync is simply broken. There have been a few issues syncing (here for example) and the possibility that some of the issues may be with iOS 8.

    You are right:
Restart of iOS-Device and Mac resolves the problem.
    Thank you!

You guys are awesome. After successfully syncing my iPad2 and iPhone 5 over wifi for the first time, I then moved onto my iPad Mini and had the problem discussed above. After reading this thread, I restarted my iPad (not my mac) and it worked.

  • Thanks for the feedback, @navengler‌! Glad to hear that resolved the issue for you.
