404 Error When Trying to Login into OPM Website
When using my iPad mini running ios 8.0.2 and the latest 1Password app to log in to the OPM website https://www.servicesonline.opm/# I get a 404 Server Error "404 - File or Directory not found." I also note that the # symbol is changed to %23. I also use 1Password 4.0.1.503 on the PC and am able to log in with the same credentials I am trying to use on the iPad. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? I am thinking it may be a security issue with the OPM website that is preventing my log in on the mobile device. Thanks.

Hi there,
This page ( https://www.servicesonline.opm/# ) does not load in my web browser. I also tried removing the hash mark and still was unable to load the page.
Unfortunately without being able to load the page the troubleshooting we're going to be able to do on this end is fairly limited.
Do you have a Mac or Windows PC running 1Password, or do you have 1Password exclusively on iOS?
Thanks.
Ben

Hi Ben, Interesting that you can't open the site. It is the US government Office of Personnel Management. In any case I use 1Password on the MacBook, iPad, iPhone and the Windows 7 PC. Cheers, Herb

It appears in that case perhaps you are missing the ".gov" on the end of the address... Here is the site I found:
What I'd recommend is manually saving a login from either your Mac or Windows PC. You can find instructions here:
- Mac: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-mac-kb/4/en/topic/saving-a-login-manually
- Windows: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-windows-kb/4/en/topic/save-login-manually-win
Please give that a try and let me know how it turns out.
Thanks!
Ben
