I tried exporting to a CSV file, but it is a mess when doing the import into 1Password. Does anyone have a better way or know how to do it? I was told via Twitter to also check with @MrC‌.

    Hi @iradi8‌

@MrC may have a better suggestion but beyond that I'd suggest taking a look at our import guide.

    Thanks.

I don't have any experience with this password manager, and since they don't have a free demo or trial version for Mac or Windows, I don't have any data to examine. If you can create a sample database and export it as CSV, that might help. I'd need at least one entry for each card type, with each field containing a generic value, and some notes containing, multiple lines, some non-English characters such as é π and ø, and one, two and three double quotes in various locations in the notes (this is where many programs botch CSV). If you can set a category or group on cards, a couple of these will help.
