General question about WIFI sync

Hi,

This may be a question one of the developers can best answer, but was the WIFI sync capability of 1Password a "difficult" feature to implement?

I see so many products, be they media players or productivity apps which only sync via a server (podcast apps for example which require you to download a file multiple times, once for each device, so that it can sync the playpoint via a server), it just astounds me that we seem to have a software ethos that the way to move data 2 feet, is to send it to the other side of the world first, and if you happen to be somewhere without an internet connection...

Anyway, just curious as to why more developers aren't offering wifi sync as a way of doing things.

I can't comment on how difficult it is to implement in code, but one problem with it is that it has a tendency to cause a lot of CS volume. People do some strange things with their network configurations. :)
