Printing Login Usernames and Passwords

I would like to be able to print all of my Usernames and Passwords (Revealed) on a single page or consecutive pages. So far, I have only been able to print one Login Username and Password on each page. How can I do this? A friend of mine has this question as well.

  • Hi @howconsat‌

This is currently possible from Mac & Windows, but not from iOS. We appreciate the feedback though, and will consider it for future revision.

So if this is indeed currently possible from Windows, can you please direct me where/how, in the Windows version, I can print all of my Usernames and Passwords (Revealed) on a single page or consecutive pages?

  • Hi @Marvin501‌

On Windows there is no explicit "print" function, but you can export your data to a CSV file then print it from just about any spreadsheet editor (Excel, OpenOffice, etc).

Thank you for your reply. It's not perfect, and it is rather cumbersome, but I figured out how to get it down to 2 pages. Hopefully one day there will be an explicit "print" function on the Windows version. For now I am wildly grateful for the recent option to access multiple vaults!

  • Thanks for the update @Marvin501. :)

Marvin: I'd like to print out a list of my un's and pw's, as you have suggested is now possible; however, you haven't told us how to do it. Could you direct me to knowledge which will explain to me how to do this step-by-step? Thanks.

Excuse me, Marvin, I forgot to say it would be on my brand new iMac desktop.

  • Hi @dpwarwick‌

The 1Password for Mac product has a built-in print function. File > Print.

    Thanks.
