Cannot start over

I installed recently on iOS 8 then I forgot my vault master password. I am now trying to follow the instructions for starting over and am having problems. When I go to iCloud on my iOS, 1password is not listed in the list of files to delete but when I do a fresh install and try to set iCloud sync, it tells me there is an existing vault that I can sync with asking for password that I don't have. What are my options now?

    Hi @keshmir,

    Can you open 1Password, unlock, go to Settings > Advanced, and tap on Erase iCloud Data, see if that'll fix the problem for you.

    You can also delete the 1Password data from the iCloud section of the device's settings. Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage, then delete the entry for 1Password under Documents & Data.
